摘 要:为解决某车型侧围外板成形过程中出现的缩颈或开裂问题,采用Argus网格应变测量系统对制件进行分析,通过获得测定区域的材料流向、应变分布和减薄分布等数值,辩识制件的成形安全裕度及潜在的失效模式,为提升钣金制件成形质量提供理论依据。将测量区域应变分布与板料成形极限图FLD进行对比,分析并探究冲压件缺陷产生机理与改进对策,指导汽车冲压件模具优化及板料的选用,可为汽车覆盖件冷冲压模具的设计、冲压工艺优化及提升量产过程的稳定性提供参考。In order to solve some models side surround plate drawing in the process of necking or cracking problem,this paper uses the Argus grid strain measurement system analysis of stamping parts,through access to determine the material flow,strain distribution and regional distribution of thinning values,such as identification of parts forming safety margin and the potential failure modes,as to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of sheet metal forming.The strain distribution in the measured area was compared with the sheet forming limit diagram FLD,and the defect mechanism and improvement countermeasures of stamping parts were analyzed and explored,so as to guide the die optimization of automobile stamping parts and the selection of sheet materials.This paper can provide reference for the mechanical design,stamping process and stability improvement of cold stamping die of automobile panel.
