摘  要:以电子手表外壳为例,按照模具设计的一般过程,综合运MoldFlow软件进行塑料流动分析确定了合理的注射工艺参数,运用Creo软件进行模具结构设计,生成二维工程图。运用模具CAD/CAE技术,优化了模具设计方式,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。Taking the shell of electronic watch as an example,according to the general process of mold design,the plastic flow was analyzed by using Moldflow software,the reasonable injection process parameters were determined,the mold structure was designed by using Creo software,and the two-dimensional engineering drawings were generated.Using mould CAD/CAE technology,the die design mode was optimized,the production cycle was shortened,the production cost was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.
