摘　　要：以橡胶衬套为研究对象,介绍了衬套橡胶模结构的研制。采用结构简单的模压成型工艺,根据塑件需要采用可替换的一模多芯,通过合理设计模腔数量、定位结构及溢料槽等,满足高质量、低成本、高生产效率的小批量生产。经生产实践证明,模具结构合理,塑件外观质量好,内部结构稳定。The development of a rubber mold structure is introduced by using the rubber bushing as an object in this paper.The compression molding is used for its simple structure,and the mold can be replaced by a multi core according to the product needs.By reasonably designing the number of cavity,positioning structure and residual tank,the production can be produced in a small batch with high quality,low cost and high productivity.It is proved that the structure is reasonable and the production has a good appearance and stable internal structure.
