摘　　要：混凝土泵车的上下车混凝土输送管路位于底架圆筒与转台结合的区域,有相对旋转的特点,此区域管路的装配对中精度和易维护性要求都较高。设计一种新型混凝土输送管路对中装配工装,可解决泵车实际装配过程中输送管路装配质量和后续使用易维护性的问题。介绍对中装配工装的结构特点及主要设计参数,并从产品制造工艺角度对工装的定位误差及关键尺寸进行计算分析。The concrete conveying pipe of loading and unloading for the concrete pump truck is located in the area where the support frame cylinder and the rotary table are combined and has the characteristics of relative rotation.The assembly of the pipe in this area requires high centering accuracy and easy maintenance.A new type of centering assembly tooling is designed for the concrete conveying pipe to solve the problems of conveying pipe assembly quality and easy maintenance in subsequent use in the practical assembly process of pump truck.The structural characteristics and main design parameters of the centering assembly tooling are introduced,and the positioning error and key dimensions of the tooling are calculated and analyzed from the perspective of product manufacturing technology.
