摘 要:在齿轮泵新制开发过程中,发现聚醚醚酮类型的滑动轴承会损伤齿轮轴轴颈,泵体出现扫膛量偏大的现象。经过对3组不同组合类型轴套的试制泵总成进行对比测试试验,并对轴套的材料和齿轮轴尺寸进行详细检测分析,得出聚醚醚酮复合材料的轴套比聚四氟乙烯复合材料的轴套更容易导致齿轮轴损伤,建议选用聚四氟乙烯复合材料的轴套,并提出缩小齿轮轴齿顶圆直径和泵体采用偏心工艺的方法减少泵体扫膛量。In the process of manufacture and development of the new gear pump,it is found that the PEEK-type sliding bearing will damage the gear shaft journal and the amount of stator scrapping rotor increases in the pump body.Through the comparative test of three groups of trial pump assemblies with different combination types of shaft sleeves,and the detailed test and analysis of the materials of the shaft sleeve and the dimensions of the gear shaft,it is concluded that the shaft sleeve of PEEK composite material is more likely to cause the damage of the gear shaft than that of PTFE composite material.The shaft sleeve of PTFE composite material is recommended,and the method of reducing the diameter of the tooth tip circle of the gear shaft and adopting the eccentric process for the pump body is proposed to reduce the amount of stator scrapping rotor.
