摘 要:详细介绍了结晶器在线热态调宽技术在丰南钢铁公司四台板坯连铸机上的应用情况。该技术采用性能优异的液压调宽机构和液压软夹紧机构设备、高速热态调宽工艺控制模型(HS-WAM),通过优化改进结晶器上线前窄面铜板位置标定和目标宽度调节的方法、生产过程中结晶器锥度保持方法和高速热态调宽时的工艺技术参数等,取得了良好的实践效果。结晶器上线前,机械间隙超过0.5 mm,锥度调节精度仍可控制在±0.2 mm以内,且标定、调节时间短;结晶器保锥期间,调节精度可达±0.2 mm,平均调节间隔时间大于30 min;S模式可实现高速热调宽操作,楔形坯短,铸坯质量良好。The technology adopts the performance of hydraulic adjustable wide soft clamping mechanism and hydraulic equipment, high-speed hot wide process(HS-WAM) control model, through the optimization improvement crystallizer launched narrow surface copper plate position calibration and target width adjustment method, production method and the mould taper during high speed hot wide when adjusting process parameters, such as good practice effect is obtained.Before the mold is on-line, when the mechanical clearance is more than 0.5 mm, the taper adjustment accuracy can still be controlled within ±0.2 mm, and the calibration and adjustment time is short. During the coning period of mold, the adjustment accuracy can reach ±0.2 mm, and the average adjustment interval is more than 30 min. S mode can realize high-speed thermal width adjustment operation, The wedge billet is short and the cast billet is of good.
