钇对高钙铝比挤压态AC55镁合金力学及耐蚀性能的影响

摘  要:通过半连续水冷铸造制备不同金属钇含量的AC55-xY(x=0,0.5,1.0)镁合金,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、浸泡腐蚀试验及电化学测试等研究了添加金属钇对AC55-xY(x=0,0.5,1.0)镁合金耐腐蚀性能和常温力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加稀土金属钇后,合金晶粒组织明显细化,共晶相由连续结构转变为半连续网状结构,挤压态合金的力学性能大幅提高。与AC55合金相比,AC55-1.0Y合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高19.2%和17.2%。随着钇含量的增加,挤压态AC55-xY镁合金的耐蚀性依次提高。腐蚀过程中形成的致密、稳定的腐蚀产物膜对合金耐蚀性的提高起到至关重要的作用。AC55-xY(x=0,0.5,1.0)magnesium alloys with different yttrium contents were prepared by semi-continuous water-cooled casting.The effects of yttrium addition on corrosion resistance and room-temperature mechanical properties of AC55-xY(x=0,0.5,1.0)magnesium alloy were studied by metallo-graphic microscope,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,immersion corrosion test and elec-trochemical test.The results show that with the addition of the rare earth metal yttrium,the alloy grains are obviously refined,the eutectic phase changes from continuous structure to semi-continuous network structure,and the mechanical properties of the as-extruded alloy are greatly improved.Compared with AC55alloy,the tensile strength and yield strength of AC55-1.0Y alloy are increased by 19.2%and 17.2%,respectively.With the increase of yttrium content,the corrosion resistance of as-extruded AC55-xY magnesium alloys sequentially increases.The dense and stable corrosion product film formed during the corrosion process plays a vital role in improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
