摘 要:采用示差扫描量热仪对铸态Ti_(49)Ni_(51)合金试样进行相变测试,并利用万能试验机在两个环境温度(303K和323K)和三个应变(6%、7%和7.5%)条件下对其进行循环加卸载力学性能测试。结果表明,在303、323K以及6%、7%、7.5%应变下,试样在加载和卸载过程中未出现马氏体转变平台以及逆马氏体转变平台。耗散能与试样测试的环境温度有关,当环境温度(303K)处于马氏体相变阶段时,在6%、7%、7.5%应变下,试样在循环加卸载过程中均存在较大的耗散能W_(d)值;而当环境温度(323K)处于不稳定的奥氏体相变阶段时,在6%和7%应变下,试样在加卸载过程中均存在较小的W_(d)值。另外,在303、323K环境温度下,在较小的应变(6%)下,恢复应变能密度W_(r)值变化较小,且随着循环次数的增加而趋于稳定;而在较大的应变(7.5%)下,W_(r)值稳定性较差或未呈现稳定值。The phase transformation of as-cast Ti_(49)Ni_(51) alloy samples was tested by differential scanning ca-lorimeter(DSC),and their mechanical properties were tested by cyclic loading and unloading on universal testing machine under the conditions of two ambient temperatures(303Kand 323K)and three strains(6%,7%and 7.5%).The results show that there is no martensite transformation platform or reverse martensite transformation platform during the loading and unloading of the samples at the ambient tempe-ratures of 303Kand 323Kand the strains of 6%,7%and 7.5%.The dissipated energy(W_(d)) is related to the ambient temperature.When the ambient temperature(303K)is in the stage of martensite transformation,the sample has a relatively large value of dissipated energy W_(d) during the cyclic loading and unloading with the strains of 6%,7%and 7.5%.However,when the ambient temperature(323K) is in the unstable stage of austenite transformation,the samples with the strains of 6% and 7%have relatively small W_(d) values during the loading and unloading.In addition,at the ambient temperatures of 303Kand 323K,the change of the recoverable strain energy density W_(r) value is small with the smaller strain(6%),and tends to be stable with the increase of the cycle number,while the W_(r) value is less stable or does not show a stable value with the larger strain(7.5%).
