摘 要:针对土岩组合地层且临近地铁等复杂环境条件下深基坑支护体系的选型设计,依托青岛市深蓝中心深基坑工程,分别研究单排及双排吊脚桩与主体结构支撑的设计方案和计算方法,对支护结构水平位移和沉降、环境地面沉降、支撑轴力及地铁结构变形等实施了监控量测。结果表明:吊脚桩与主体结构支撑的技术方案可保证深基坑及环境安全;支护结构水平位移和沉降变化基本同步,变形主要发生在保留岩体、放坡开挖过程以及挖除保留岩体、加设支撑的过程,拆除支撑对变形影响很小,保留岩体、放坡开挖时排桩结构接近整体移动;吊脚桩周边地表沉降同步但远小于桩顶沉降;采用弹性抗力法计算的支撑轴力设计值与监测值较为吻合,钢支撑轴力的温度效应影响显著。It is very important to select the supporting system of deep excavation under complex environment conditions such as soil and rock combined stratum and adjacent to subway.Based on Shenlan Center deep excavation project in Qingdao,the design scheme and calculation method of single row or double row end-suspended pile and main structure support were studied,and the horizontal displacement and settlement of support structure,environmental ground settlement,axial force of support and deformation of subway structure were monitored.The results show that the technical scheme of endsuspended pile and main structure support can ensure the safety of deep excavation pit and environment;the horizontal displacement and settlement of the support structure are basically synchronous;the deformation mainly occurs during the processes of excavation in the deep rock,retaining rock mass sloping,excavation and support strut erection,while the removal of support has little effect on the deformation;and the pile structure moves nearly as a whole in the process of retaining rock excavation.The surface settlement around end-suspended pile is synchronous but far less than the pile top settlement.The monitoring values of support axial force are agree with the design values calculated by elastic resistance method,and the temperature effect on the axial force of steel support is obvious.
