摘 要:为明确发生在药用植物艾上的白绢病病原,从形态学、rDNA ITS序列和核糖体大亚基(LSU)序列方面对病原菌进行鉴定,对病原菌的生物学特性进行初步研究,用含药平板法对防治药剂进行了初步筛选。结果表明,引起艾白绢病的病原菌为罗氏阿太菌(Athelia rolfsii),该菌最适生长温度为28℃,最适生长pH为6.5,菌丝生长的最佳碳源为淀粉,最佳氮源为DL-丙氨酸和L-脯氨酸。杀菌剂乙蒜素、戊唑醇、代森锰锌与丙环唑对菌丝生长具有显著抑制效果。To clarify the pathogen of southern blight occurring on Artemisia argyi,we identified the pathogenic fungi based on morphology,rDNA ITS sequence,and ribosomal large subunit(LSU)sequence.The biological characteristics were preliminarily studied,and an initial screening of fungicides against the pathogen was carried out with drug-containing plates.The results showed that the pathogen causing the southern blight on A.argyi was Athelia rolfsii,and the optimum growth temperature and pH for the pathogen were 28°C and 6.5,respectively.The most suitable carbon source for mycelial growth was starch,and nitrogen sources were DL-alanine and L-proline.The fungicides such as ethylicin,tebuconazole,mancozeb,and propiconazole had significant inhibitory effects on the growth of the pathogen.
