摘 要:对分离自浙江多地的96株小麦赤霉病菌利用特异性引物Fg16F/Fg16R和ToxP1/ToxP2进行优势种群和毒素化学型鉴定,并调查了7种杀菌剂田间防治小麦赤霉病的抑毒(DON毒素)情况。结果表明,亚洲镰孢菌(Fusarium asiaticum)为浙江小麦赤霉病病原优势种群(92%),其余为禾谷镰孢菌(Fusarium graminearum);DON为浙江小麦赤霉病优势毒素化学型(68%),其余为NIV毒素化学型。采用区分剂量法监测赤霉菌的田间抗药性:对多菌灵的抗性频率为12%,对戊唑醇的抗性频率为12%,对氰烯菌酯的抗性频率为7%,对咪鲜胺的抗性频率为8%。利用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)分析各施药处理的抑毒情况,发现戊唑·咪鲜胺处理有提高DON毒素过量积累的趋势,氟唑菌酰羟胺相较于清水对照有降低DON毒素积累的趋势。In this study,primers Fg16F/Fg16R and ToxP1/ToxP2 were used to identify the dominant population and toxin chemical type of 96 strains of wheat scab pathogen isolated from Zhejiang Province,and the inhibitory effects of seven fungicides on deoxynivalenol(DON)under field conditions were investigated.The results showed that Fusarium asiaticum was the dominant pathogen of wheat scab in Zhejiang,accounting for 92%of the total,and others were Fusarium graminearum.68%of the mycotoxins of wheat scab in Zhejiang were DON,and the rest were nivalenol(NIV).The discriminating dose assay was used to monitor fungicide resistance of Fusarium,and the resistance frequency against carbendazim,tebuconazole,phenamacril,and prochloraz was 12%,12%,7%,and 8%,respectively.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to analyze the inhibitory effect of each fungicide treatment.The results showed an excessive accumulation trend of DON in 40%tebuconazole·prochlora EW treatment.However,compared with the water control,20%pydiflumetofen can decrease the accumulation of DON.
