摘 要:油气勘探开发已步入深水及超深水领域,而在深水油气田完井、测试过程和生产初期,井筒内高温油气在上下流动过程中,会与低温地层及单层隔水管外的海水发生热交换,造成大量热量散失,为天然气水合物生成、环空带压等不利后果的出现创造了条件,影响油气井的安全完井、测试及井筒完整性。介绍了国外隔热封隔液研究及应用现状,比较了国内外深水隔水管工艺差异并指出了国内单层隔水管工艺配套保温隔离液必须同时满足保温、低温—高温—低温流变性、储层保护性等技术要求,指出了保温隔离液技术对深水区域勘探开发今后的研究方向。Oil and gas exploration and development has entered the deep-water and ultra deep-water fields.During the completion, testing and initial production of deep-water oil and gas fields, the high-temperature oil and gas in the wellbore will exchange heat with the seawater outside the low-temperature formation and single-layer riser, resulting in a large amount of heat loss, creating conditions for the generation of natural gas hydrate, annulus pressure and other adverse consequences, affecting the safe completion, testing and wellbore integrity of oil and gas wells.This paper investigated the research and application status of thermal insulation and isolation fluid abroad, compared the process differences of deepwater riser at home and abroad, pointed out that the matching thermal insulation and isolation fluid for domestic single-layer riser process must meet the technical requirements of thermal insulation, low temperature high temperature low temperature rheology, reservoir protection, etc.,and pointed out the future research direction of thermal insulation and isolation fluid technology for exploration and development in deepwater area.
