摘  要:2021年起,针对神舟载人飞船回收着陆分系统为了适应“一年两船密集发射,在研多批并行开展,研制阶段接续交替”的任务模式而需要组批投产的特点,在批产研制期间全面实施了产品保证工作。高度关注分系统批产后的生产、验证、总装等重要环节,通过技术状态控制、生产基线管理、生产过程管控、寿命验证、数据包管理、确保神舟载人飞船返回舱安全返回,任务成功。神舟载人飞船回收着陆分系统批产的工程应用实践表明,该模式适用于回收着陆分系统批产的产品保证,具有良好的推广应用价值。As from 2021,in order to build the China space station,China will launch two Shenzhou Manned Spacecraft one year,so recovery and landing system of Shenzhou Manned Spacecraft need batch production,product assurance is fully implemented in the whole procedure of its batch production.Attention is paid to recovery and landing system's manufacture,verification,assembly and other significant links,the executive strategy and practice of product assurance for the recovery and landing system of Shenzhou Manned Spacecraft,such as how to control the system's technology state,manage the product baseline,control the production process,validate the service life,etc,were described.Engineering application practice of recovery and landing system batch production of Shenzhou Manned Spacecraft shows the proposed mode is suitable for the product assurance of recovery and landing system batch production,and has a prospective value to promote its application.
