摘 要:为了使调度集中系统(CTC)更好地适用于普速铁路,克服目前调车进路需要人工按钮办理的缺点,提出改进方案:新增CTC系统与车站管理信息系统的接口,以获取车站调车作业计划;结合车站机车摘挂作业流程,快速编制机车摘挂计划,并实现调车进路触发;减少车站调车进路误办概率,实现调车进路办理条件检查和安全卡控;CTC站场图界面增加调机(本务机)号显示及自动实时跟踪等功能,提升CTC系统在普速铁路运用的适用性。In order to make the centralized traffic control system(CTC)better suitable to the ordinary speed railway traffic and overcome the shortcomings of shunting route handling via manual button in the CTC system at present,an improved solution to shunting route handling of the CTC system is put forward,in which the interface between CTC system and the station management information system(SMIS)is added to obtain the station shunting operation plan.Combined with the operating process of locomotive pick-up and drop at the station,the locomotive pick-up and drop plan can be quickly prepared and used for triggering shunting route handling,thus reducing the probability of wrong handling of station shunting route by checking the conditions of shunting route handling and safety control.In addition,the display of shunting locos’(or local locos)number and automatic real-time tracking of those locos are also added into the station and yard diagram interface of the CTC system,helping enhance the applicability of the CTC system to ordinary speed railway.
