摘　　要：数字调度通信系统承载着铁路调度指挥业务,汇接交换机在数字调度通信网络中既承担着各铁路局到国铁集团的各项业务,还承载着局内部各交换机互联互通的重任。介绍数字调度通信的网络结构,国铁集团到各铁路局的干线调度通信网络;简述新入网汇接交换机组网互联时需要考虑的问题,重点探讨兼容性、信令和路由在入网工程中的重要性;举例数据配置错误引发的问题,分析传真数据丢失、呼叫风暴形成的原因和处理方法,并提出入网施工前、中、后期需要注意的各类事项。The digital dispatching communication system bears the services of railway dispatching command while the tandem switches bear communication services between the China Railway Corporation and the Railway Administration and support the interconnection of the switches within the Railway Administration.The network structure of the digital dispatching communication system and the trunk dispatching communication network connecting the Railway Corporation and Railway Administrations are introduced.Besides,some problems to be considered in connecting a new tandem switch into the digital dispatching communication network are briefly discussed.Emphatically,the significance of the compatibility,signaling and routing in the implementation of network access of the tandem switch is explained.The obstacles caused by mistake data configurations are illustrated,the causes and treatment methods of FAX data loss and call storm are analyzed,and precautions before,during and after the implementation of network access of the tandem switch are presented.
