摘 要:识别和监测干细胞更新和分化的影响要素对制定和实施相关疾病再生疗法至关重要。成体干细胞分化过程中存在许多调控因子,其中锌指蛋白家族的调控作用近年来受到了较多的关注,特别是C2H2型锌指蛋白。C2H2型锌指蛋白是锌指蛋白家族中成员最多的一类转录因子,在转录和翻译水平上调控基因的表达参与多种生物学活动。本文重点概述了各类结构域的C2H2型锌指蛋白通过不同信号通路及调控机制对成体干细胞分化的作用,以期为该家族新成员的功能探索及干细胞治疗技术提供新思路和见解。The roles of C2 H2 zinc finger protein in regulating differentiation of adult stem cells(ASCs)have received more attention in recent years.C2 H2 zinc finger protein is one of the most common transcription factors in the zinc finger protein family,regulating gene expression during transcription and translation.Moreover,it is essential for formulating and implementing regenerative therapies of diseases by identifying and monitoring the regulatory factors of cell renewal and differentiation,including C2 H2 zinc finger protein.This review comprehensively summarizes the regulatory action principles and possible binding sites of C2 H2 zinc finger protein members with different domains on adult stem cells differentiation,to provide new ideas and insights for the functional exploration of its new members and stem cell therapy technology.
