摘  要:连续重整催化剂生产装置工程技术是决定催化剂产品性能和成本的关键因素。对中国石化催化剂有限公司长岭分公司云溪1000t/a连续重整催化剂装置一系列新技术应用进行介绍,主要包括立式焙烧炉尾气段工程改进,浸渍和活化两个生产单元多道工序之间的投出料和物料转序自动化控制,氢还原工艺的氮氢混合还原工艺等最新工程技术以及动态浸渍真空泵液环水的循环利用、氯铂酸制备生产技术等。改造后经济效益显著,年减少非计划性停工4次左右,年减少阀门采购费用180万元,减少氢耗和电消耗降本增效约226万元/a,降低装置废水排放量直接经济效益135万元/a。通过王水配置集中化、尾气排放与氯铂酸生产分区隔离、提高尾气处理能力等技术,优化了王水法氯铂酸生产工艺,提高了氯铂酸生产的清洁化和环境友好化度。通过采取以上技术确保了装置PS系列连续重整催化剂在日益激烈的市场竞争中处于领先地位。The engineering technology for continuous reforming catalyst plant is the key factor that determines the performance and cost of catalyst products.A series of new technologies applied in the 1000t/a continuous reforming catalyst plant at Changling Branch of SINOPEC Catalyst Co.,Ltd.were introduced,including the engineering improvement of tail gas section of vertical roaster,the automatic control of material delivery and material transfer between multiple processes of impregnation and activation units,the nitrogen and hydrogen mixed reduction process of hydrogen reduction process and other latest engineering technologies,and the technologies for recycling of liquid ring water in dynamic impregnation vacuum pump and preparation of chloroplatinic acid.After transformation,significant economic benefit was achieved.Unplanned shutdown was reduced by about4 times each year,the procurement cost of valves was reduced by 1.8 million yuan per year,a benefit of 2.26 million yuan per year was gained by reducing hydrogen consumption and electricity consumption,and an economic benefit of 1.35 million yuan per year was achieved by reducing the wastewater discharge from the plant.Through the centralized configuration of aqua regia,the separation of exhaust emissions from chloroplatinic acid production and the improvement of tail gas treatment capacity,the process for chloroplatinic acid production by aqua regia was optimized,and the cleanliness and environmental friendliness of chloroplatinic acid production were improved.The above technologies ensured the leading position of the PS series continu-ous reforming catalyst in the increasingly fierce market competition.
