摘  要:为了解决苏里格气田上古生界致密砂岩气藏单砂体接触方式复杂多样、砂体空间展布预测难度大、单井产量低、压力下降快、稳产难度的问题,结合研究区地质情况,从储层空间展布预测和水平井的部署与设计、导向、改造等方面研究提高致密砂岩气藏产量的技术。研究表明,三维地震预测河道和多期砂体逐级精细刻画可有效提高砂体钻遇率和储层空间展布预测精度;水平井的差异化部署以及水平段差异化设计对具有多种含气层类型地区的水平井部署更具有针对性;沉积模型优化导向、三维地质建模、三维地震预测导向以及多学科思维融合导向等多元化的导向技术可以解决水平井导向效率低、精度较差的问题;地质工程一体化精准布缝技术、桥塞分段+多簇射孔压裂技术、多方法压裂设计优化技术以及水平井压裂作业工厂新模式等是提高水平井压裂改造效率的有效途径。Upper Paleozoic tight sandstone gas reservoir in Sulige gas field is characterized by complex and diverse single sand body contact mode,great difficulty in predicting the spatial distribution of sand bodies,low single well production,rapid pressure drop and unstable production.Based on the geological conditions of the study area,this paper puts forward the key technologies for improving the production of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in Sulige gas field from the aspects of reservoir spatial distribution prediction,horizontal well deployment and design,horizontal well guidance and horizontal well transformation.The results show that the three-dimensional seismic channel prediction technology and multi-stage sandbody stepwise fine description technology can effectively improve the probability of drillings and body and the prediction accuracy of reservoir spatial distribution.The differential deployment of horizontal wells and the differential design of horizontal section are more suitable for the deployment of horizontal wells with various types of gas-bearing formation.Sedimentation model optimization guidance technology,three-dimensional geological modeling technology,three-dimensional seismic prediction guidance technology and multidisciplinary thinking fusion guidance technology can solve the problem of low efficiency and poor accuracy of horizontal well guidance.The integrated precise fracture distribution technology of geological engineering,bridge plug staged+multi-cluster perforation fracturing technology,multi-method fracturing design optimization technology and new horizontal well fracturing factory mode are effective ways to improve the efficiency of horizontal well fracturing.
