摘 要:以碳纤维抽油杆作业车夹持装置上的摩擦块在作业时对抽油杆产生剪切作用为切入点,通过有限元模拟仿真分析被剪切状态下碳纤维抽油杆的应力状态,对导致摩擦块产生剪切作用的因素进行仿真实验,并利用有限元软件响应面优化模块对关键零部件进行结构优化。研究表明:摩擦块进入夹持装置时的切入角与摩擦块的圆角是导致抽油杆被剪切的主要因素;以最小剪切应力为目标建立有限元模型,对摩擦块圆角以及决定切入角大小的导轨倾斜角进行优化,并根据优化结果设计了一种非对称式曲率连续的摩擦块圆角,当摩擦块横、纵方向的圆角尺寸分别为1.0 mm、13.5 mm,且导轨倾斜角为3°~9°时,碳纤维抽油杆进入夹持装置的剪切应力最小。The friction block on the clamping device of the carbon fiber sucker rod operation van has shear effect on the sucker rod during operation.The stress state of the carbon fiber sucker rod under the shear state is analyzed by finite element simulation,and the factors causing the shear effect of the friction block on the sucker rod are verified by simulation experiments.The structure of key components is optimized using the response surface optimization module of the finite element software.The research shows that the cut-in angle when the friction block enters the clamping device and the filleted corner of the friction block are the main factors that cause the sucker rod to be sheared.Taking the minimum shear stress as the objective,the finite element model is established to optimize the filleted corner of the friction block and the guide rail inclination angle which determines the size of the cut-in angle.According to the optimization results,an asymmetric continuous curvature filleted corner of friction block is designed.When the fillet dimensions of the friction block in the horizontal and vertical directions are 1.0 mm and 13.5 mm respectively,and the inclination angle of the guide rail is 3°~9°,the shear stress of the carbon fiber sucker rod entering the clamping device is the minimum.
