摘　　要：在产业创新背景下,应借助工业设计人才培养模式的创新达到理论联系实践的效果,真正将人才培养融入到工业发展建设当中,带动市场化体系的创新运作。产业创新因素协调下的结构重组都来源于人才培养的重要效用,因此必须要重视工业创新设计人才的培养任务,把提升人才的创新能力摆在突出的位置,要以设计创新带动产业创新,以产业创新深化皖江城市带承接产业转移,以产业创新带动内需建设。In the context of industrial innovation,the innovation of industrial design talent training model should be used to achieve the effect of theoretical linkage practice,truly integrate talent training into industrial development and construction,and promote the innovation operation of the market-oriented system.Structural reorganization under the coordination of industrial innovation factors is derived from the important utility of talent cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation task of industrial innovation and design talents,put the innovation ability of talents upgrading in a prominent position,and promote industrial innovation with design innovation,deepen industrial innovation in Wanjiang Urban Belt to undertake industrial transfer,and promote the construction of domestic demand with industrial innovation.
