摘　　要：国家实施乡村振兴战略为中华优秀传统文化的传承发展带来了前所未有的机遇。民族音乐文化作为中国优秀传统文化的重要组成,对地域性的乡村振兴具有重要的现实意义。闽东畲族音乐文化对当地的乡村振兴起到了重要作用,但其当下的生存境遇及传承与发展的状况却不容乐观,存在传承环境改变、传承模式单一、传承主体外流、传承资金不足、传承人才缺位等诸多问题。在乡村振兴背景下,对闽东畲族音乐进行文化生态重构、加强非遗传承人保护与专业音乐人才培养、建立现代化传承教育模式、创新音乐文化本体、促进地方音乐转型、打造闽东畲族音乐产业化发展项目、培养农民文化主体意识、充分发挥基层党组织作用等都是推动其传承发展的重要策略。The “rural revitalization strategy” implemented by China has brought unprecedented opportunities for the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture. As an important component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,folk music culture is of great practical significance to regional rural revitalization. As far as the music culture of She ethnic group in Eastern Fujian is concerned,its role in the revitalization of local villages cannot be ignored. However,the current situation of She ethnic music in Eastern Fujian and its inheritance and development are faced with difficulties,mainly including changes in the inheritance environment,single inheritance mode,the outflow of major groups of inheritance,the insufficient capital needed for inheritance and the shortage of inheritance talents. In the context of rural revitalization,important paths to promoting the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage are as follows: exploring the ways to promote rural revitalization of She music culture in eastern Fujian,reconstructing the cultural ecology of She ethnic music,strengthening the protection of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage and training of professional musical talents,establishing a modern inheritance and education model,innovating music noumenon,promoting the transformation of local music,building the industrialization development project of She ethnic music in eastern Fujian,cultivating farmers’ cultural subject consciousness and giving full play to the role of grassroots party organizations in rural revitalization.
