摘　　要：设计了一款适合商用的全自动双层超声波洗碗机,整个设备的机械部分由循环传送网带机构、循环喷淋机构、超声波清洗槽机构、箱体及控制器等组成。整个机械结构层次分明,电气部分采用精密进口元器件集成,并使用现代可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术编程完成控制。This paper designs a full-automatic double-layer ultrasonic dishwasher suitable for commercial use. The mechanical part of the whole equipment is composed of circulating conveyor belt mechanism, circulating spray mechanism, ultrasonic cleaning tank mechanism, box body and controller. The whole mechanical structure is hierarchical. The electrical part is integrated with precision imported components and programmed with modern PLC technology.
