摘  要:颗粒饲料在运输过程中易因摩擦、碰撞作用而发生粉化,从而造成营养损失。针对颗粒饲料粉化率检测装置缺乏,饲料粉化率与运输距离之间的关系不易获取,难以对颗粒饲料产品品质(粉化率)进行检测和预测的实际问题设计了一种多箱体组合式粉化率检测装置。通过颗粒运动分析,确定了箱体的主要结构参数为:L×W×H(回转箱尺寸)=300 mm×120 mm×300 mm、θ(导料角钢安装角度)=45°。以饲料厂生产的母猪颗粒饲料为研究对象,EDEM仿真结果表明,装置的合理检测转速(n)为50、60、70 r/min,对应的合理检测时间(tc)分别为135、105、150 s。检测试验及迭代计算结果表明:在合理检测参数下获取的“粉化率-运输距离”(Pb-S)数学模型,均能准确反映袋装颗粒饲料粉化率随运输距离的变化关系。Pellet feed can be easily pulverized during the transportation,which results in nutritional loss.Considering the lack of pulverization rate detection device for pellet feed,and the quality(pulverization rate)of pelletized feed products is difficult to be detected and predicted due to the unobtainable relation⁃ships between pulverization rate and transportation distance.A multi-box combined pulverization rate de⁃tection device was designed.According to the motion analysis of feed particles,the main structural param⁃eters of the rotary box were determined as:L×W×H(size of rotary box)=300 mm×120 mm×300 mm,θ(angle of guide angle steel)=45°.The sow pellet feed produced by the feed factory was regarded as the research object.The EDEM simulation experiment indicted that the reasonable detection rotational speed(n)was 50 r/min,60 r/min and 70 r/min,the corresponding reasonable detection time(tc)was 135 s,105 s and 150 s respectively.The results of detection experiment and iterative computation indicted that the mathematical models of Pb-S could accurately reflected the variation relationship between pulverization rate of bagged pellet feed and transportation distance.The detection device and method of pulverization rate proposed in this paper could provide a theoretical basis for the research on pulverization mechanism for pellet feed.
