摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同浓度的甘草多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血常规、血清生化指标及抗氧化性能的影响。选用体重接近、健康状况良好的35日龄“长×大”二元杂交断奶仔猪300头,完全随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,公母各半。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg和5 000 mg/kg的甘草多糖。预试期5 d,正试期16 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg和2 000 mg/kg甘草多糖显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),添加1 000 mg/kg和2 000 mg/kg甘草多糖显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率和料重比(F/G)(P<0.05);(2)饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg甘草多糖显著升高断奶仔猪血液中白细胞数(WBC)、红细胞数(RBC)、中性粒细胞数(Neut#)和血小板数(PLT)(P<0.05);(3)饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg和2 000 mg/kg甘草多糖显著提高断奶仔猪血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清中肌酐(CREA)含量(P<0.05),1 000 mg/kg组血清中总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著升高(P<0.05);(4)饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg和2 000 mg/kg甘草多糖显著提高断奶仔猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05),1 000 mg/kg组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加甘草多糖可有效促进断奶仔猪采食,降低腹泻率,提高生长性能,改善血液生理生化指标,增强肝脏和肾脏代谢,提高机体免疫功能和抗氧化能力,且以添加1 000 mg/kg甘草多糖效果最佳。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of different concentrations of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in the diet on the growth performance,blood routine. serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant properties of weaned piglets.A total of 300 35-day-old "long×big" binary cross weaned piglets with similar body weight and good health were selected and randomly divided into five groups with six replicates in each group,10 piglets in each replicate,half male and half female.The control group was fed with the basal diet,and the diet for the experimental groups was supplemented with500,1 000,2 000 mg/kg and 5 000 mg/kg of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-trial period is five days,and the formal test period was 16 days.The results showed that:①compared with the control group,the addition of 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in the diet significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG) of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and the addition of 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg glycyrrhiza polysaccharide significantly reduced the diarrhea rate and feed-to-weight ratio(F/G) of weaned piglets(P<0.05);②The addition of 1 000 mg/kg glycyrrhizin in the diet significantly increased the number of white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),neutrophils(Neut#) and platelets(PLT) in the blood of weaned piglets(P<0.05);③The addition of 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg glycyrrhizin in the diet significantly increased the serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) content of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the serum creatinine(CREA) content(P<0.05),the serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLB) contents in the 1 000 mg/kg group were significantly increased(P<0.05);④ The addition of 1 000 mg/kg and 2 000 mg/kg glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in the diet significantly improved the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of the 1 000 mg/kg group decreased significantly(P<0.05).To sum up,the addition of glycyrrhizic polysaccharide
