摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)对生长前期雄性乌苏里貉生长性能、营养物质消化率、氮代谢、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。随机选取(60±5)日龄健康、体重相近的雄性乌苏里貉60只,随机分为4组,每组15只貉,每个重复1只貉。分别饲喂含CAT 0(1组)、0.10%(2组)、0.15%(3组)、0.20%(4组)的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期82 d。试验期间每组随机选取8只乌苏里貉采用全收粪法进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:(1)2组末重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于1组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于1组(P<0.05);(2)2组的粗蛋白(CP)消化率极显著高于1组(P<0.01);2组的粗脂肪(EE)消化率极显著高于1组(P<0.05),对干物质(DM)消化率、氮沉积没有显著影响(P>0.05);(3)CAT组血清中尿素氮(urea nitrogen,UREA)的含量显著低于1组(P<0.05);2、3组血清中碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)含量极显著低于1组(P<0.01);1组的谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)与其他几组均有极显著差异(P<0.01),3组与4组之间有极显著差异(P<0.01),且与2组有显著差异(P<0.05);(4)3、4组血清中免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)含量极显著高于1组(P<0.01);2、4组的血清中免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)含量极显著高于1组(P<0.01);2、3组血清中脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)含量极显著低于1组(P<0.01);CAT组血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)含量极显著低于1组(P<0.01)。结果表明,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加适量的CAT可以提高生长前期乌苏里貉的生长性能、EE消化率,改善血清生化指标,提高乌苏里貉机体免疫力。综合各项指标,CAT在生长前期乌苏里貉日粮中的最佳添加量为0.1%。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary catalase(CAT) on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,nitrogen metabolism and serum biochemical indices and immune indices of male raccoon dogs in early growth stage.Sixty healthy male Raccoon dogs aged(60±5) days with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with 15 raccoon dogs in each group and one raccoon dog in each replicate.Raccoon dogs were fed with experimental diets containing 0(group 1),0.10%(group 2),0.15%(group 3),0.20%(group 4) of CAT respectively.The pretrial period lasted for seven days and the trial period lasted for 82 days.During the experiment,eight raccoon dogs from each group were randomly selected for digestion and metabolism test using total fecal collection method.The results showed as the followings:①Final weight(FBW) and average daily gain(ADG) in group 2 were significantly higher than those in group1(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05);②The CP digestibility of group2 was extremely significantly higher than that of group 1(P<0.01);the EE digestibility of group 2 was extremely significantly higher than that in control group 1(P<0.05),DM digestibility and nitrogen deposition were not significantly affected(P>0.05);③The content of UREA in CAT groups was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The serum ALP content in groups 2 and 3 was extremely significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.01);the AST of group 1 was extremely significantly different from that of the other groups(P<0.01),and that of group 3 was extremely significantly different from that of group 4(P<0.01),and was significantly different from that of group 2(P<0.05).④The serum IgA content in groups 3 and 4 was extremely significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.01).The serum IgG content in groups 2 and 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.01).The serum LPS content in groups 2 and 3 was extremely significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.01).The serum TNF-α content in
