乳房整形美容现状及发展趋势评述

摘　　要：乳房整形美容是整形美容外科领域十分重要的组成部分。近年来,随着手术技术的不断改良、手术理念的更新、医用材料及技术设备的革新,乳房整形美容领域取得了长足的进步与发展,如内窥镜技术的应用,使得腋下入路盲视下隆乳转为直视下操作,手术更加精准;术前采用计算机断层血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)对乳房供血动脉进行三维数字重建以明确乳头乳晕复合体血供,优化了乳房缩小整形术前设计;采用多普勒超声、CTA、磁共振血管造影(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)、吲哚菁绿荧光显像等辅助方法确定乳房再造中供区皮瓣的优势穿支血管等。然而,目前乳房整形美容领域仍存在诸多问题与不足,有较大的提升空间。现就乳房整形美容外科现状和发展趋势述评如下。Breast plastic surgery is a very important part of plastic surgery.In recent years,with the development of surgical techniques,update of operation concepts,innovation of medical materials and technical equipment,a great progress had been made in the breast surgery industry.For example,with the introduction of endoscope,it is possible to operate under direct visualization in transaxillary breast augmentation.In order to optimize the preoperative design of reduction mammaplasty,computed tomography angiography(CTA) is performed to determine the accurate blood supply of nipple-areola complex.Doppler ultrasound,CTA,magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) and indolyanine green fluorescence imaging are used to determine the dominant perforating vessels of donor flap in breast reconstruction.Admittedly,there are still existing problems and deficiencies in the field of breast plastic surgery.There is a large space for improvement.In this paper,the development status and tendency of breast plastic surgery are briefly reviewed as follows.
