51例假体隆乳术后患者生活质量的长期回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查,对假体隆乳术后患者的生活质量进行评估。方法自2014年6月至2016年12月,上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院整复外科依据Breast-Q,编写了针对隆乳术后患者生活质量满意度的主观问卷,并回顾性分析51例假体隆乳患者,术后生活质量的调查问卷。结果51例患者术后随访21~52个月,假体隆乳术明显改善了患者术后生活质量,具体体现在患者自信心提升及性生活满意度两方面。结论假体隆乳术不仅能明显改善患者乳房体积及外观,也能够改善患者术后的生活质量。Objective To assess the quality of life in patients after breast augmentation with implants through questionnaire.Methods From June 2014 to December 2016,a questionnaire for assessing subjective well-being based on BREAST-Q was prepared.A retrospective analysis was conducted in 51 patients to assess the quality of life after breast augmentation with implants.Results All patients were followed-up for 21 to 52 months.The postoperative quality of life was significantly improved,especially reflected in self-confidence improvement and high sexual satisfaction.Conclusion Breast augmentation with implants can not only improve the volume and appearance of breasts,but also enhance the postoperative quality of life.
