吸脂后辅助射频紧肤改善腰腹部轮廓形态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察吸脂后辅助射频紧肤改善腰腹部轮廓形态的临床效果。方法自2017年1月至2021年1月,复旦大学附属华东医院整形外科对39例腰腹部脂肪堆积伴轻度皮肤松弛患者先行吸脂术,而后即刻行射频紧肤治疗,术后6个月由医师和患者分别进行评价满意率。结果39例患者腰腹部吸脂量900~3200 ml,平均(1817.9±534.5)ml。腰腹部形态明显改善,松弛的皮肤得到紧致。治疗后6个月,医师评估术后效果的满意率为84.6%(33/39),患者满意率89.7%(35/39),无严重并发症出现。结论射频辅助脂肪抽吸技术对于腰腹部脂肪堆积同时伴有轻度皮肤松弛的患者是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency assisted liposuction(RFAL)in the improvement of waist and abdominal contour.Methods From January 2017 to January 2021,39 patients with fat accumulation in the waist and abdomen accompanied by mild skin laxity were collected.The liposuction and immediately radiofrequency skin tightening were performed.The satisfactory rate of doctors and patients was evaluated at 6 months after operation.Results The fat volume of waist and abdominal liposuction of 39 patients was from 900 to 3200 ml,with an average of(1817.9±534.5)ml.The contour of waist and abdomen was significantly improved and the loose skin was tightened.At 6 months after operation,the satisfactory rate was 84.6%(33/39)of doctors and 89.7%(35/39)of patients.No serious complications were found.Conclusion Radiofrequency assisted liposuction is a safe and effective treatment method for patients with fat accumulation in the waist and abdomen accompanied by mild skin laxity.
