摘 要:查阅资料显示,目前市场上的十字轴万向节的轴叉的装配基本上全部都是工人手工装配的,某汽车传动轴企业对“十字轴万向节全自动装配机”表示迫切需要,以此来解决人工装配速度慢、环境差,且用人成本高等情况。万向节轴叉自动装配是十字轴万向节自动装配中的重要一步,而轴叉自动压装的前提,是首先对其进行精准定位,本文主要讲述汽车传动轴的十字轴万向节轴叉自动装配中轴叉的工装夹具设计。本设计在近距离的了解当前的手工装配十字轴万向节的工艺流程之后,根据现场工人师傅的装夹顺序进行程序分解设计,设计来源于生产实际。The inspection of information shows that the assembly of the shaft fork of the cross shaft joint on the market is basically all manually assembled by the workers,and an automobile transmission shaft enterprise expresses an urgent need for the“cross shaft universal joint automatic assembly machine”to solve the situation of slow manual assembly speed,bad to the environment,and high employment cost.Universal joint shaft fork automatic assembly is an important step in the automatic assembly of the cross shaft universal joint,and the premise of the automatic pressing of the shaft fork is to first accurately locate it,this article mainly describes the tooling fixture design of the cruciable shaft of the automotive transmission shaft.After a close understanding of the current process of manual assembly of the cross shaft universal joint,this design is decomposed according to the loading sequence of the on-site workers.the design comes from the actual production.
