摘 要:为了完成优化随钻非标井眼密度测井仪结构的设计工作,本文运用了GEANT4[1]数值模拟技术,开展了对放射源窗、屏蔽材料、远源距窗和近源距窗的模拟工作,研究得出,增大放射源窗口、远探测器窗口、近探测器内窗口和变更屏蔽材料会增大探测器的探测效率,中高能区的谱型发生明显改善,不再出现台阶区,能窗计数率得到很大改善,满足测量要求。In order to optimize the structure of non-standard borehole density logging tool while drilling,GEANT4[1]numerical simulation technology is used to simulate the radiation source window,shielding material,far source distance window and near source distance window.It is concluded that increasing the radiation source window,far detector window,near detector inner window and changing the shielding material will increase the detection efficiency of the detector and significantly improve the spectral pattern in the medium and high energy region,there is no step area,and the counting rate of energy window has been greatly improved to meet the measurement requirements.
