摘  要:基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)描述,研究吊篮流致振动数值模拟方法。采用特征线分裂(CBS)算法求解ALE描述下的不可压缩黏性流体N-S方程,采用参数化网格方法控制网格运动与更新;固体结构采用Lagrange描述进行有限元分析,构造Newton-Raphson迭代格式。两者结合进行流-固耦合分析,得到吊篮流致振动响应。采用此数值模拟方法分析计算了华龙一号吊篮流致振动响应,为吊篮流致振动试验实堆测点布置进行了指导,实堆试验结果与数值模拟结果基本吻合。Based on the arbitrary Lagrange-Euler description,the analysis method of core barrel flow-induced vibration is studied.The characteristic-based split finite element method in ALE form is employed to solve Navier-Stokes equations of the incompressible viscous flow,and the mesh parameterizations are employed to calculate the mesh motion.The finite element method is employed to simulate the solid structure,and the Newton-Raphson iterative format is constructed.After this,the fluid-structure analysis is performed to gain flow-induced vibration response of barrel.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze and calculate the barrel flow-induced vibration response of Hualong One,which guides the arrangement of measuring points for core barrel flow-induced vibration test.The test results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.
