摘　　要：目的 比较研究不同产地沉香的药理作用,为沉香品质评价及开发应用提供实验依据。方法 小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、沉香1号组、沉香2号组、沉香3号组;采用热板法、乙酸扭体法、甲醛致痛法建立小鼠疼痛模型,观察3种沉香对疼痛反应的影响;采用乙醇灌胃法、吲哚美辛皮下注射法建立小鼠胃溃疡模型,观察沉香对胃溃疡的干预作用;采用胃排空法和小肠推进法观察沉香对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。结果 与空白对照组相比,各沉香组对小鼠热刺激的痛阈值有少量延长,但差异无统计意义;各沉香组均能明显抑制小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01,P<0.05),明显降低甲醛致痛小鼠的疼痛分值,其中3号沉香组抑制效果最为明显;各沉香组均能抑制乙醇诱导的胃溃疡和吲哚美辛诱导的胃溃疡发生(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中1号沉香和3号沉香作用更为明显;各沉香组能不同程度降低小鼠胃残留率和提高小肠推进率,尤以1号沉香和3号沉香作用更显著。结论 不同产地的沉香均具有镇痛、抗溃疡和促胃肠运动作用,但药效强度有所差异。Objective To compare the pharmacological effects of eaglewood from different habitats,and provide experimental basis for the quality evaluation,development and application of eaglewood.Methods Mice were randomly divided into the blank control group,the positive control group,eaglewood group 1,eaglewood group 2 and eaglewood group 3.The pain models of mice were established by hot plate method,acetic acid writhing method and formaldehyde-induced pain method.The effects of three kinds of eaglewood on pain response were observed.The gastric ulcer models of mice were established by intragastric administration of ethanol and subcutaneous injection of indomethacin.The effect of eaglewood on gastrointestinal motility in mice was observed by gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion.Results Compared with the blank control group,the pain threshold of each eaglewood group on thermal stimulation was prolonged to some extent,but the difference was not statistically significant.All eaglewood groups significantly inhibited the writhing times of mice(P<0.01,P<0.05),and significantly reduced the pain score of mice caused by formaldehyde.Among them,No.3 eaglewood group had the most obvious inhibitory effect.All eaglewood groups inhibited the occurrence of gastric ulcer induced by ethanol and indomethacin(P<0.01,P<0.05),among which No.1 and No.3 eaglewood had more obvious effects.Each eaglewood group reduced the gastric residual rate and improved the intestinal propulsion rate in mice,especially No.1 and No.3 eaglewood group.Conclusion Eaglewood from different habitats have the effects of analgesia,anti-ulcer and promoting gastrointestinal motility,but the efficacy intensity is different.
