摘  要:用高通量测序技术分析了Fusarium acuminatum细胞内小RNA的组成、长度分布、碱基偏好性、分类以及潜在的调控靶标,预测了11个新的miRNAs和6503个潜在的siRNAs.其中,miRNAs的靶基因多定位于膜组织,具有催化或结合活性,主要与代谢相关.研究结果为农业生产中合理有效防治F.acuminatum引起的病害提供了理论基础.The proportion,length distribution,nucleotide bias,classification and potential regulatory targets of small RNAs in Fusarium acuminatum were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.A total of 11 novel miRNAs and 6503 potential siRNAs were predicted.Among them,the target genes of the miRNAs,which possessed catalytic activity and were involved in many metabolic pathways,were mostly located in the cellular membrane.The findings will provide a theoretical foundation for rationally and effectively controlling diseases caused by F.acuminatum in agricultural production.
