摘 要:提高代际收入流动性是缩小收入差距、实现共同富裕的重要路径。本文基于CGSS数据库2004—2018年数据,利用动态面板模型测算共同富裕视角下中国居民家庭代际收入流动性。研究结果表明:研究期内中国居民家庭代际收入流动性整体呈现波动上升态势,但仍有较大上升空间;共同富裕水平对代际收入流动性具有显著正向影响,加入其他控制变量后这一影响效应依旧成立。进一步从区域、城乡角度进行分样本回归后发现,共同富裕水平对东部地区代际收入流动性影响作用最为显著;相较于城市地区而言,共同富裕水平对乡村地区的代际收入流动性影响更加显著。由此提出政策建议:重点完善初次收入分配制度,持续扩大中等收入群体;充分利用数字技术形态优势,推动教育资源分配均衡化;强化技能型人才政策服务供给,缓解用工市场结构性就业矛盾。Improving intergenerational income mobility is an important way to narrow the income gap and achieve common prosperity.Based on the data of the CGSS database from 2004 to 2018,this paper uses a dynamic panel model to calculate the intergenerational income mobility of Chinese households from the perspective of common prosperity.The results show that during the research period,the intergenerational income mobility of Chinese households showed a fluctuating upward trend as a whole,but there is still much room for improvement.The level of common prosperity has a significant positive effect on intergenerational income mobility,and this effect still holds after adding other control variables.After further sub-sample regression from the perspectives of regions and urban and rural areas,it is found that level of common prosperity has the most significant effect on the intergenerational income mobility in the eastern region;compared with urban areas,the level of common prosperity has a more significant impact on intergenerational income mobility in rural areas.Therefore,policy recommendations are put forward:focus on improving the initial income distribution system and continue to expand the middle-income group;make full use of the advantages of digital technology to promote the balanced distribution of educational resource;strengthen the supply of policy services for skilled talents to alleviate the structural employment contradiction in the labor market.
