摘　　要：为了使烟叶在生产过程中的损耗得到有效管控,通过制丝生产线工序质量和剔除物料信息的采集,分析出制丝加工过程烟叶损耗数据,确定出影响烟丝损耗的各个关键点,并对关键点进行优化和改进。在此基础上,设计烟丝损耗模型参数,建立在线烟叶损耗监控模型,实现对制丝加工过程烟叶损耗的测试、分析、监控和反馈,为生产过程管理提供依据。In order to effectively control the loss of tobacco leaves in the production process,through the collection of process weight and reject material information of the silk production line,the data of tobacco loss during the silk processing process was analyzed,and the key points that affect the loss of tobacco were determined,and the key points were analyzed.Make optimizations and improvements.On this basis,design the tobacco loss model parameters and establish an online tobacco loss monitoring model to realize the testing,analysis,monitoring and feedback of tobacco loss during the processing process,and provide a basis for the management of the production process.
