摘　　要：打叶复烤均质化加工是保障“卷烟质量上水平”的重要措施。从成品片烟烟碱变异系数、水分变异系数、叶片结构、非烟物质控制及装箱密度的有效控制方法的角度,综述了烟草行业打叶复烤均质化加工对核心指标的控制现状,并对进一步提升打叶复烤均质化加工水平进行了展望。Homogenization processing method of threshing and redrying is an important measure to ensure the high quality of cigarette.From the perspective of effective control methods of nicotine variation coefficient,moisture variation coefficient,tobacco structure,non-smoke substance control and packing density of finished pieces,this article described the control status of core indicators in the tobacco industry by threshing and redrying homogenization processing and prospected for further improving the homogenization processing level of threshing and redrying.
