摘 要:针对导弹阵地反电子侦察效能难以量化的现实问题,提出了一种综合评估阵地反电子侦察效果的指标体系和模型。通过分析目前导弹阵地面临的主要电子侦察威胁与采取的防护措施,总结了影响导弹阵地反电子侦察能力的6项因素,在此基础上建立基于灰色混合赋权的反电子侦察效能评估模型。最后,使用提出的灰色混合赋权评价方法进行算例验证求解,并与传统灰色评价方法和模糊综合评价法进行对比,结果表明灰色混合赋权评价方法具有更好的科学性、客观性,能够成功地对导弹阵地反电子侦察效能进行评估。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantify the effectiveness of anti electronic reconnaissance in missile position,an index system and model for evaluating the effectiveness of anti electronic reconnaissance in missile position are proposed.By analyzing the main electronic reconnaissance threats faced by missile positions and the protective measures taken,six factors affecting the anti electronic reconnaissance capability of missile positions are summarized.On this basis,the effectiveness evaluation model of anti-Electronic Reconnaissance Based on Grey mixed weighting is established.Then,the grey mixed weighting evaluation method proposed in this paper is used to verify the solution,and compared with the traditional grey evaluation method and fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the grey mixed weighting evaluation method has better scientificity and objectivity,and can successfully evaluate the anti-electronic reconnaissance effectiveness of the missile position.
