摘  要:以一种星型轮系人字齿轮传动系统为研究对象,基于有限元节点法,建立了考虑轴-轴承-刚性转子-齿轮啮合作用的系统级动力学模型。基于轴承振动速度均方根值随转速的变化规律,分析了系统的动态特性;将理论分析结果与试验数据进行对比,验证了模型的可行性;综合分析齿轮系统的振动特性和模态特性,对系统进行了共振定位和共振原因分析。研究表明,理论分析与试验结果具有较好的一致性。研究为星型轮系人字齿轮传动系统的共振预测和共振原因分析提供了有价值的参考方法。Taking a herringbone gear transmission system with star gear train as the research object and based on the finite node method,a system-level dynamics model considering shaft-bearing-rigid rotor and the meshing of gears is established.The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed based on the RMS of vi⁃bration velocity at the bearings with the rotation speeds.Then the theoretical analysis results are compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability of the proposed model.After that,based on the analysis of vibration characteristics and modal characteristics of the gear system,resonance localization and resonance cause analysis are carried out.The results show that the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with experimental results.This study provides a valuable reference method for resonance prediction and resonance cause analysis of her⁃ringbone gear transmission system of star gear train.
