摘 要:基于空间交错轴双自由度啮合原理,其材料去除过程复杂,切削力和切削温度在切削过程中动态变化。建立了车齿工艺有限元仿真分析模型,通过对比分析,确定了适用于车齿工艺仿真分析的工件材料本构模型和断裂准则,实现了切削力和切削温度动态变化过程的准确预测;在此基础上,分析了不同车齿刀角速度和轴向进给量对三向切削力和切削温度的影响。研究结果可以为车齿工艺分析和优化提供方法支撑。Based on the principle of double-degree-of-freedom meshing with interleaved axes in space,the material removal process is complicated,and the cutting force and temperature change dynamically during the cutting process.Thus,a finite element simulation analysis model of the gear skiving process is established,and the constitutive model and fracture criterion of the workpiece material suitable for the simulation analysis of the gear skiving process are determined through comparison and analysis,so as to realize the accurate predic⁃tion of the dynamic change process of the cutting force and the cutting temperature.On this basis,the influ⁃ence of different tool speeds and axial feed rates on the three-direction cutting force and cutting temperature is analyzed.The research results can provide method support for the analysis and optimization of the gear skiving technology.
