摘　　要：本文主要以住宅小区地下车库为研究对象,通过对地下车库无效成本产生的重点区域进行分析与研究,从平面布置、柱网尺寸、停车方式、单车位面积、交通组织、结构形式、层高控制、覆土厚度、设备用房布置、综合管线等方面分析停车效率的影响因素,并研究优化措施。This article mainly to the underground garage in residential district as the research object,through to the underground garage on the key areas of invalid cost analysis and research,from the layout,the size of the column grid,parking,bicycle area,traffic organization and structure,the height control,covering thickness,equipment room layout,based on the analysis of pipeline and so on the influence factors of the efficiency of parking,And study optimization measures.
