摘 要:测试了超细滑石粉颜料的基本理化性能,试验了超细滑石粉替代高岭土对轻量涂布纸涂料性能及成纸性能的影响。结果表明,随着超细滑石粉用量的增加,轻量涂布纸涂料的低剪切黏度小幅度增加,但高剪切黏度呈降低趋势;轻量涂布纸白度、平滑度、不透明度、光泽度、表面粗糙度、印刷光泽度等性能指标基本接近,印刷表面强度明显提高。The basic physical and chemical properties of ultrafine talc pigment were tested,and the effect of ultrafine talc replacing kaolin on the properties of coatings and paper properties in lightweight coated paper was tested.The results show that,with the increase of the ultrafine talc dosage,the low shear viscosity of the coating about light-weight coated paper increases slightly,but the high shear viscosity decreases;the whiteness,smoothness,opacity,gloss,surface roughness,printing gloss and other performance indicators of the light-weight coated paper are basically close,but the surface printing strength is significantly improved.
