摘  要:禁止废纸进口环境下,选取了市场上出现的四种用于包装纸纤维原料(桉木浆渣、自制本色浆、玉米芯纤维和木纤维),从理论和生产使用角度分析探讨这四种原料用于瓦楞原纸生产的可行性。实验发现桉木浆渣和自制本色浆以20%添加配抄成纸强度指标优于纯废纸浆的成纸指标,玉米芯纤维和木纤维成纸强度低于废纸浆的成纸强度,桉木浆渣和木纤维含有较多的还原性物质(COD)和阴离子垃圾。综合对比,自制本色浆具有较好的性价比。After the implementation of the import ban on waste paper,the shortage of fiber materials for packaging paper has become a common problem faced by the paper industry.In this paper,the feasibility of bulk wood fiber,corn cob fiber,unbleached pulp and eucalyptus pulp slag as alternative raw materials for waste paper in corrugated paper was discussed.It was found that the paper strength index of eucalyptus pulp residue and unbleached pulp with 20%addition was better than that of pure waste pulp.The paper strength of corn cob fiber and wood fiber was lower than that of waste pulp.Eucalyptus pulp residue and wood fiber contained more COD and anionic garbage.By comprehensive comparison,unbleached pulp has good cost performance.
