PLC与组态王在造纸机分部传动监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了组态王与光洋(Koyo)公司的SU-6B型可编程序控制器(简称PLC)之间通过串口RS232通讯在造纸机分部传动监控系统中的应用。PLC为下位机的造纸机分部传动的控制系统和上位机选用组态王的造纸机分部传动的监控系统以及采用SSD-591全数字直流调速器作为直流电动机的控制装置,提高了造纸机电控系统的稳定性、监控性和实时性。The application of the Kingview and Koyo’s SU-6B Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)through the serial port RS232 communication in the monitoring system of multi-section driving of paper machines was introduced.For multi-section driving of paper machines,the monitoring system taking PLC as the slave computer and the supervisory system using Kingview in the host computer,as well as the application of SSD591 whole digit DC speed controller as the controlling device of DC motor can raise the stability,monitoring and real-time performance of electric control system for paper machines.
