摘 要:以江西某造纸厂二沉池出水为研究对象,通过实际工程运行对比研究了臭氧催化氧化与芬顿的运行效果。相同进水水质条件下,“混凝沉淀/臭氧催化氧化”工艺出水C O D可降至30~42 m g/L,全盐量增加均值为243 m g/L,绝干化学污泥生成量为0.2~0.3 t/t水;而芬顿工艺出水COD降至51~65 mg/L,全盐量增加均值为723 mg/L,绝干化学污泥生成量高达1.3~1.5 t/t水。通过成本分析,“混凝沉淀/臭氧催化氧化”相比芬顿工艺,全年可削减药剂费及污泥处理费共1,297.6万元,在深度处理造纸废水方面更具有经济优势。Taking the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of a paper mill in Jiangxi Province as the research object,the operation effects of ozone catalytic oxidation and Fenton were compared through practical engineering operation.Under the same influent quality,the COD of effluent from the“coagulation sedimentation/ozone catalytic oxidation”process can be reduced to 30-42 mg/l,the total salt content can be increased by 243 mg/l,and the generation of absolute dry chemical sludge is 0.2-0.3 t/ton of water;However,the COD of Fenton process effluent is only reduced to 51-65 mg/l,the total salt content is increased by 723 mg/l,and the amount of absolutely dry chemical sludge is as high as 1.3-1.5 t/ton of water.Through cost analysis,compared with Fenton process,“coagulation sedimentation/ozone catalytic oxidation”can reduce the agent fee and sludge treatment fee by 12.976 million yuan,which has more economic advantages in the advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater.
