摘  要:以美丽箬竹(Indocalamus decorus)1年生鞭段繁育的连续2年生的容器苗为对象,测定了不同生长年份育苗基质—新竹叶片的C、N、P质量分数、化学计量特征及不平衡性(育苗基质化学计量比与叶片化学计量比的比值)的年际变化。研究表明:(1)美丽箬竹鞭段容器苗生长的第2年较第1年比,育苗基质C质量分数无显著变化,而育苗基质N、P质量分数显著降低,但基质中w(C)∶w(N)、w(C)∶w(P)显著升高,育苗基质养分供给质量明显下降;新竹叶片C、P质量分数和叶片中w(C)∶w(P)、w(N)∶w(P)无显著变化,但叶片中w(C)∶w(N)显著升高,立竹叶片N素养分利用效率显著提高。(2)育苗基质w(C)∶叶片w(C)、育苗基质w(N)∶叶片w(N)、育苗基质w(P)∶叶片w(P)均显著降低,但育苗基质与叶片养分化学计量不平衡性((基质中w(C)∶w(N))∶(叶片中w(C)∶w(N))、(基质中w(C)∶w(P))∶(叶片中w(C)∶w(P))、(基质中w(N)∶w(P))∶(叶片中w(N)∶w(P))无显著差异,处于协调平衡状态。(3)冗余分析显示,育苗基质C、基质N、基质P、基质w(N)∶w(P)与叶片N、叶片中w(N)∶w(P)两两呈显著正相关,而与叶片中w(C)∶w(N)两两呈显著负相关,且基质中w(C)∶w(N)、基质中w(C)∶w(P)、叶片中w(C)∶w(P)与(基质中w(C)∶w(N))∶(叶片中w(C)∶w(N))、(基质中w(C)∶w(P))∶(叶片中w(C)∶w(P))均呈显著正相关,叶片N素可能受到基质N素和基质P素的共同调控,且竹苗通过调节自身养分化学计量维持基质与叶片养分化学计量的动态平衡。美丽箬竹鞭段容器育苗基质一次性供给的养分加载量可基本满足第2年新竹的正常生长,容器苗可通过提高基质养分利用效率和转化比例来适应基质养分库的动态变化。In order to clarify the nutrient dynamic relationship between the substrate and bamboo seedlings and provide a reference for the production of high-quality dwarf bamboo seedlings,we focused on the container seedlings of Indocalamus decorus that were propagated by the annual rhizome segment for two consecutive years,the C,N,P stoichiometric characteristics and imbalance of substrate and young bamboo leaves were determined(stoichiometric imbalance were the ratios of the stoichiometric ratio of substrate nutrients to the stoichiometric ratio of leaf nutrients).The results showed that:(1)The second year of container seedling growth was compared with the first year,the content of C in the substrate did not change significantly,the content of N,P in the substrate decreased significantly,but thesubstrate w(C)∶w(N),substrate w(C)∶w(P)increased significantly,the nutrient quality of the substrate dropped significantly;the content of C,P,w(C)∶w(P),w(N)∶w(P)did not change significantly in the young bamboo leaves,but the w(C)∶w(N)of young bamboo leaves increased significantly,the N nutrient utilization efficiency increased greatly.(2)Substrate w(C)∶leaf w(C),substrate w(N)∶leaf w(N),substrate w(P)∶leaf w(P)were significantly reduced,but the w(C)∶w(N),w(C)∶w(P),and w(N)∶w(P)imbalance of substrate-leaf stoichiometry were no significant difference,they were in a dynamic equilibrium.(3)Redundancy analysis showed that the substrate C,N,P,substrate w(N)∶w(P)were significantly positively correlated with leaf N,leaf w(N)∶w(P)pairwise,but were significantly negatively correlated with leaf w(C)∶w(N)pairwise,substrate w(C)∶w(N),substrate w(C)∶w(P),leaf w(C)∶w(P)were,respectively,significantly positively correlated with w(C)∶w(N)and w(C)∶w(P),leaf N may be jointly regulated by substrate N and P,young bamboos maintain the dynamic balance of substrate-leaf nutrient stoichiometry by adjusting their own nutrient stoichiometry.In summary the nutrient loading of the one-time supply of the substrate can bas
