摘 要:以2020年10月—11月上旬采集的安徽省六安市金寨县的毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla(Carr.)Mitford cv.Pubescens)为研究对象,选取1度竹(1~2年生)、2度竹(3~4年生)、3度竹(5~6年生)各5株胸径大致相近且无霉变缺陷的毛竹,齐地伐倒后取自距地面第10~16节竹筒,在整竹节处截断作为试材;按照国家专利“CN103512884A一种界定竹黄与竹肉的方法”对试材进行竹黄的去除,为去除竹黄的试件,对照组为不去除竹黄的正常试件,试件尺寸均为160 mm(长)×20 mm(宽)×t(竹壁厚度);参照国家标准GB/T 15780—1995《竹材物理力学性质试验方法》中三点弯曲的方法,测试不同竹龄和不同高度去除竹黄和未去除竹黄毛竹的抗弯性能,以竹黄对抗弯强度的削弱率、竹黄对抗弯弹性模量的削弱率为评价指标,分析毛竹竹黄对抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量的影响。结果表明:1度~3度毛竹的竹黄,对毛竹材的抗弯性能有削弱作用,并且毛竹竹黄在不同高度均存在降低毛竹的抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量,3度竹的削弱作用最小;在高度上削弱作用变化不明显。Phyllostachys heterocycla(Carr.)Mitford cv.Pubescens,collected from October to early November 2020 in Jinzhai County,Lu’an City,Anhui Province,was selected as the research object.We selected five bamboos with approximately the same diameter at breast height and no mildew defects from the 1 st degree bamboo(1-2 years old),2 nd degree bamboo(3-4 years old),and 3 rd degree bamboo(5-6 years old).These bamboos were taken from the 10 th to 16 th bamboo tubes from the ground after they fell on the ground,and were cut off at the whole bamboo joints as test materials.According to the national patent“CN103512884 A method for defining bamboo yellow and bamboo meat”,the test material was removed the bamboo yellow.Two groups of experimental controls were set to remove bamboo yellow and not to remove bamboo yellow.The dimensions of the test pieces are 160 mm(length)×20 mm(width)×t(bamboo wall thickness).Refer to the three-point bending method in the national standard GB/T 15780-1995“Test Methods for Physical and Mechanical Properties of Bamboo Materials”.The flexural properties of bamboo with and without bamboo yellow removed at different heights and at different heights were evaluated by the weakening rate of the flexural strength of bamboo yellow and the weakening rate of the flexural modulus of bamboo yellow.We analyzed the effect of flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of Phyllostachys pubescens.The bamboo yellow of 1 to 3 degrees weakened the flexural properties of bamboo,and the flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of bamboo were reduced at different heights.The 3 rd degree bamboo has the least weakening effect.The weakening effect does not change significantly in height.
