摘 要:以人工林臭冷杉(Abies nephrolepis(Trautv.)Maxim.)锯材为基材,经常规干燥方法干燥后,分别采用3种温度的过热蒸汽进行高温热处理,再使用2种不同的植物油蜡组合进行透明涂饰;采用图像比色法测试臭冷杉木材样品的早材和晚材色度学参数,采用双因素方差分析法分析热处理温度与油蜡涂饰处理对臭冷杉早材和晚材色差的影响。结果表明:随着处理温度的升高或者涂层的丰富,臭冷杉样品的表面材色加深且色调更加饱和,其总体视觉感受更加温暖。在早晚材色相差上,油蜡涂层的P值为0.047、热处理温度的P值为0.023;2种因素都对臭冷杉早晚材色度差异有影响,而热处理温度对色相差的影响相对显著。The impact of thermal treatment and surface oil-wax coating on the chromatic variability of Abies nephrolepis(Trautv.)Maxim.wood samples was investigated.Green A.nephrolepis lumbers were kiln-dried with conventional technology and further high-temperature thermally treated at three superheated steam temperatures,and two different transparent oil-wax coatings were further used for the surface finishing purpose.The colorimetric parameters of the earlywood and late wood of the selected samples were determined and calculated by a specially designed computer image colorimetry.The colorimetric variable differences between the earlywood and latewood were computed,and a two-factor analysis of variance(ANOVA)was utilized to analyze the degree of influence of both thermal modification and oil-wax coating on these calculated wood chromatic differences.With the increase of the processing temperature,the surface color of A.nephrolepis samples gradually became darker and more saturated.Moreover,the visual reflections on the sample surfaces were approaching to a warmer experience.The P values of the oil-wax coating and the thermal treatment temperature were 0.047 and 0.023,respectively.Both technical factors exhibited straightforward impacts on the chromatic differences between the earlywood and latewood of A.nephrolepis samples.Nevertheless,the effect of thermal treatment temperature on these chromatic differences was more significant.
