絮凝剂与干强剂配合应用的研究

摘  要:通过对不同型号、不同用量絮凝剂与干强剂MS4配合在造纸中的应用探究,发现絮凝剂M350和干强剂M S4配合添加对浆钙悬浮液的沉降速度明显加快,对浆料相同时间的滤水量没有影响,白水浓度略有降低。浆料添加絮凝剂M350和干强剂M S4后,成纸灰分可提高约5%~8%,在灰分大幅提高的情况下,成纸物理强度指标变化不大。By the research of different types/dosage of flocculant and dry strength agent MS4 in papermaking,it was found that combination of flocculant M350 with dry strengthening agent MS4 can accelerate the sedimentation rate of calcium carbonate suspension,and have no effect on the filter volume of slurry at the same time,and make the white water concentration slightly decrease.After adding flocculant M350 combined with dry strengthening agent MS4,the ash content of paper can be increased by 5%to 8%,and the physical strength index of paper has little change when the ash content is greatly increased.
