摘 要:目的通过车前不同部位利尿作用及对急性高尿酸血症大鼠肾功能保护作用比较,探究车前废弃植株的药用价值。方法将车前不同部位水提液分为车前草组、车前子组、废弃植株组,采用代谢笼法观察各给药组对水负荷大鼠尿量的影响,通过ELISA法测定各给药组对急性高尿酸血症大鼠血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)及尿素氮(BUN)含量的影响。结果通过4h利尿作用观察,发现车前草组和车前子组对于水负荷大鼠1小时内有显著利尿作用(P<0.05),而废弃植株组对于水负荷大鼠有显著抑制排尿作用(P<0.05);对急性高尿酸血症大鼠采用车前不同部位提取液灌胃给药后,发现车前草组和废弃植株组均可显著降低模型大鼠Cr和UA水平(P<0.05);而车前子给药组在一定程度上可升高模型大鼠UA水平而对其Cr水平则无显著影响;对于模型大鼠BUN水平各给药组的用药影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论车前废弃植株用药后短时间内可降低排尿量且对急性高尿酸血症大鼠的肾功能有一定的保护作用。Objective Comparing the diuretic effect of different parts of Plantago asiatica and the protective effect on renal function of acute hyperuricemia rats to explore the medicinal value of the abandoned plantain.Methods The water extracts from different parts of Plantago asiatica were divided into three groups:plantain grass group,plantain seed group and abandoned plantain group.Metabolic cage method was used to observe the effect of each group on the urine volume of water-loaded rats.The levels of serum uric acid(UA),Creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in acute hyperuricemia rats were determined by Elisa.Results After 4 h diuresis observation,it was found that the plantain grass group and the plantain seed group had significant diuresis(P<0.05)within 1 hour of water-loaded rats,while the abandoned plantain group had significant suppresses urination(P<0.05).After intragastric administration of the extracts from different parts of Plantago asiatica,the levels of Cr and UA in acute hyperuricemia rats were significantly decreased in both plantain grass group and abandoned plantain group(P<0.05);however,the UA level was inCreased in plantain seed group to some extent,but the Cr level was not significantly affected.There was no significant difference in the level of BUN(P>0.05).Conclusion The abandoned plantain can reduce the urine output within a short time and protect the renal function of acute hyperuricemia rats.
