穴位埋线3周对肺虚型变应性鼻炎大鼠肺组织、IgE和IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的探索穴位埋线3周对肺虚型变应性鼻炎大鼠肺组织、IgE和IL-4的影响。方法将45只雌性SD大鼠随机分为埋线组(A组)、模型组(B组)、空白组(C组),每组15只。A、B组先通过“硫磺艾条烟熏法”制作肺虚模型,再通过“卵清蛋白致敏法”建立变应性鼻炎模型。对A、B两组大鼠行穴位埋线3周,对三个组对比先观察肺组织的HE染色,再取血作ELISA检测,观察IgE和IL-4的OD均值。结果(1)IgE(μg/ml):A组为3.114±0.202,B组为4.189±0.439,C组为2.295±0.303。P_(BC)<0.001,说明动物模型制作成功。P_(AB)<0.001,说明穴位埋线3周可见明显疗效。P_(AC)<0.001,说明穴位埋线3周后虽然有疗效,但机体中的变态反应仍在持续。(2)IL-4(pg/ml):A组为14.228±0.651,B组为18.608±2.403,C组为11.401±1.229。P_(AB)<0.001,P_(BC)<0.001,P_(AC)<0.001,各自意义同IgE。结论穴位埋线3周对变应性鼻炎大鼠虽已见明显疗效,但机体中的变态反应仍在持续,有必要延长穴位埋线的时间作进一步治疗。Objective To explore the effect of catgut embedding at acupoints for 3 weeks on lung tissue,IgE and IL-4 in rats with allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency type.Methods 45 female SD rats were randomly divided into catgut embedding group(Group A),model group(Group B)and blank group(Group C),with 15 rats in each group.The lung deficiency model was made by"sulfur moxa stick smoking method",and then the allergic rhinitis model was established by"ovalbumin sensitization method".Finally,three groups of rats were treated with Catgut Embedding at acupoints for 3 weeks.HE staining of lung tissue was observed first,and then blood samples were taken for ELISA detection to observe the OD value of IgE and IL-4.Results(1)IgE(μg/ml):The OD value was 3.114±0.202 in Group A,4.189±0.439 in Group B,2.295±0.303 in Group C.The P_(BC)<0.001 indicated that the animal model was made successfully,The P_(AB)<0.001 indicating that Catgut Embedding at acupoints has obvious curative effect after 3 weeks.The P_(AC)<0.001,indicating that although acupoint catgut embedding has curative effect after 3 weeks,the allergic reaction in the body is still continuing.(2)IL-4(pg/ml):The OD value was 14.228±0.651 in Group A,18.608±2.403 in Group B,11.401±1.229 in Group C.P_(AB)<0.001,P_(BC)<0.001,P_(AC)<0.001,their respective meanings are the same as IgE.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding for 3 weeks has obvious effect on allergic rhinitis rats,but the allergic reaction in the body is still continuing.It is necessary to extend the time of acupoint catgut embedding for further treatment.
